Terms of Service
Welcome to Box2Joy. By using our website, booking a consultation, applying for membership, purchasing products, or contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, email or forms, you agree to the terms listed below.
Box2Joy provides spiritual-wellness guidance, consultation services, remedy-product support, practitioner membership access and product-related guidance. Our services and products are intended for personal guidance, self-reflection and spiritual-wellness support only.

1. Nature of Services
Box2Joy offers the following services:
- Full Consultation
- Name Correction
- Online Vastu Remedy Consultation
- Practitioner Membership
- Product guidance and support
- Custom / direct / white-label product orders where applicable
- Amazon-linked product purchase support
Our guidance may include references to numerology, Vastu, crystals, Rudraksha, aromatherapy, spiritual-wellness practices and remedy-product suggestions.
Box2Joy does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological or emergency advice.
2. Important Disclaimer
Box2Joy consultations, reports, remedies, products, membership resources and guidance are intended for spiritual-wellness, self-reflection and general guidance purposes only.
They are not a substitute for:
- medical advice
- legal advice
- financial advice
- psychological advice
- professional diagnosis
- emergency support
Outcomes are not guaranteed. Results may vary based on personal circumstances, implementation, consistency and other external factors.
Customers and members are responsible for their own decisions and actions after receiving guidance.
3. Pricing and GST
All prices displayed on the website for consultations and memberships are inclusive of GST, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Customers will receive GST invoices for:
- consultation services
- membership fees
- direct/custom product orders where applicable
Product invoices may be issued separately from service or membership invoices.
4. Full Consultation Terms
The Full Consultation service is priced at ₹2,499, inclusive of GST.
It includes:
- personalised consultation report
- 30-minute expert call
- guidance based on the details submitted
- report delivery within 48-72 hours after complete details are submitted
Once the customer submits the required consultation details, the service becomes non-refundable.
Call Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed if the customer informs Box2Joy at least 2 hours before the scheduled call time.
If the customer misses the call without prior intimation, rescheduling will be available only on payment of a ₹1,000 reschedule fee.
5. Name Correction Terms
The Name Correction service is priced at ₹3,000, inclusive of GST.
It includes:
- current name review
- two corrected name options
- final recommendation
- implementation guidance
- 10-minute post-report explanation call
- 7-day WhatsApp support for clarification only
- report delivery within 72 hours after complete intake submission
Once the intake details are submitted, the service becomes non-refundable.
If the customer is not satisfied with the suggested names, one revision may be provided.
The 7-day WhatsApp support is only for clarification and implementation-related questions. It does not include repeated revisions, full new analysis, or fresh alternative reports.
6. Online Vastu Remedy Consultation Terms
Online Vastu Remedy Consultation is available for residential units only.

Final pricing and scope will be confirmed after reviewing the unit size and basic details.
Payment is collected only after scope confirmation.
Once payment is made and the review work starts, the service becomes non-refundable.
The customer must provide:
- layout plan of the residential unit
- directions marked as per Box2Joy guidance
- video walkthrough of the unit
- unit size
- main concerns or areas to be reviewed
- additional photos/videos if requested
The report will be shared within 5-7 working days after all required inputs are received.
The service includes one explanation call after the report. There is no fixed call duration, but the explanation will be completed in one call. After the call, support will continue only through WhatsApp.
The service includes 15 days WhatsApp support for implementation-related questions.
Online Vastu Remedy Consultation does not include:
- site visits
- architectural drawings
- civil changes
- structural redesign
- interior design services
- guaranteed outcomes
7. Practitioner Membership Terms
Practitioner Membership is application-based and not automatic.
Payment is collected only after the application is reviewed and approved by Box2Joy.
Membership starts from the date onboarding access is shared after payment confirmation.
Membership fee is non-refundable after activation because members receive access to digital resources such as:
- catalogue access
- video resources
- onboarding material
- support rules
- membership resources
- WhatsApp support access
Membership benefits are non-transferable and meant only for the approved member.
Upgrade and Downgrade
Members may upgrade to a higher tier during the active membership period.
The unused value of the current membership may be adjusted on a pro-rata basis against the upgrade amount. The new membership term will start from the upgrade date.
Downgrade is not available during the active membership term.
Query Limits and Support
WhatsApp support is available during Box2Joy working hours. Response timelines apply only during working hours.
One query means one product-selection question or one clearly defined requirement. Follow-up clarification on the same query may be counted as part of the same query at Box2Joy's discretion.
Unused monthly queries do not carry forward.
Resource Sharing
Video links, catalogue access, member resources and private materials are for the approved member's use only. They must not be shared publicly, forwarded to others, resold or redistributed.
Box2Joy reserves the right to pause or cancel membership access without refund in case of misuse, abusive behaviour, false claims, sharing of private resources, or violation of membership terms.
8. Practitioner Responsibility
Members are responsible for how they communicate and recommend products to their clients.
Box2Joy provides product guidance, catalogue support and remedy-product direction. Box2Joy is not responsible for exaggerated claims, guarantees, incorrect advice, or independent guidance given by members to their clients.
Members must avoid making medical, legal, financial, psychological or guaranteed-result claims.
9. Product Purchases Through Amazon
Products purchased through Amazon are governed by Amazon's shipping, delivery, return, replacement and refund policies.
Box2Joy does not control Amazon's order processing, delivery timelines, return eligibility or refund processing for purchases made on Amazon.
For Amazon-related product issues, customers should follow Amazon's support and return process.
10. Direct, Custom and White-Label Orders
Some products may be supplied directly by Box2Joy through custom orders, practitioner membership orders, white-label orders, special bundles or agreed direct billing.
Custom, direct and white-label orders are billed at agreed rates.
Such orders may require advance or full payment as agreed.
Once a custom/direct/white-label order is confirmed and paid, it is non-refundable.
Cancellation is not allowed after confirmation/payment.
Shipping is charged at actuals unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery timelines for custom/direct/white-label orders are confirmed case-by-case based on product availability, sourcing, packaging and shipping requirements.
Membership tier discounts do not apply to custom orders, non-catalogue products, special packaging, white-label orders or custom-sourced products unless explicitly agreed in writing.
11. Damaged or Wrong Item Claims for Direct Orders
For direct/custom/white-label orders handled by Box2Joy outside Amazon, any damaged item or wrong item claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the claim, the customer must provide:
- order/invoice details
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
- mandatory unboxing video
- any other details requested by Box2Joy
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Box2Joy will review the claim and may offer replacement, credit or refund only if the issue is verified.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
12. Payment, Forms and Customer Details
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information.
Delays in submitting required details may delay report delivery, consultation scheduling, order processing or membership activation.
Box2Joy is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect or late information from the customer.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, reports, PDFs, videos, catalogue materials, membership resources, product notes, images, training content and written guidance are the intellectual property of Box2Joy unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, redistributed, sold, modified or shared without written permission from Box2Joy.
14. Limitation of Liability
Box2Joy's services and products are provided in good faith for guidance, spiritual-wellness and support purposes.
Box2Joy is not liable for indirect losses, business losses, emotional distress, personal decisions, financial outcomes, medical outcomes, legal outcomes or third-party actions arising from use of our services, products, reports or guidance.
15. Changes to Terms
Box2Joy may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
Continued use of the website, services, membership or products means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
