Box2Joy began in Arekere, Bengaluru, as a place where people came for crystals, Vastu remedies, and practical support for everyday problems.
Over time, we noticed the same problem again and again. People were often buying a remedy based on general advice, family suggestions, or something they saw online without first understanding what the issue really was.
When the issue was not understood properly, the result often felt weak, confusing, or incomplete. That made us rethink how we should help people.
