What happens in a quick clarity consultation?
We ask a few focused questions around your main area (money, relationships, health, sleep, home energy, study). Then we map it to your numbers, name and space story and outline clear next steps. If remedies are needed, we suggest the minimum that genuinely supports you.
Do I need a consultation before buying an Energy Kit or crystals?
Not always. If you already know your focus (for example, better sleep or a calmer home), you can start with a Box2Joy Energy Kit from that pillar. A consultation is recommended if:
- The same pattern is repeating for years
- You feel stuck on multiple fronts at once
- You want to align name, numbers and space together

Is this a medical or psychological treatment?
No. Box2Joy offers Vedic guidance, energy tools and practical routines. It is not a replacement for medical treatment, therapy or professional financial/legal advice. Please continue your prescribed care; our work is meant to support your awareness and daily life, not to diagnose or cure.
Are consultations online, in-person, or both?
Both. Most sessions are done online (phone/WhatsApp/Zoom) so we can support clients across locations. If you are in Bengaluru, you can also come to the Arekere store for in-person guidance, especially for Vastu and product selection.
What should I prepare before a Vastu or name/number session?
For Vastu: basic floor plan or rough sketch, entrance direction, and photos of key rooms. For numerology/name: full name, date of birth, and any existing spellings you are using. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect—we’ll guide you on what’s essential.
What are Box2Joy Energy Kits?
Energy Kits are ready-made sets of crystals and simple routines designed around the six pillars (money, relationships, health/sleep, home energy, personal aura, study). They sit in Layer 4 — Remedies & Routine of our Energy Blueprint and are meant to be easy starting points, not complicated rituals.
Are your crystals & Rudraksha authentic?
Yes. We work with natural crystals and authentic Rudraksha only. Each piece is checked, cleansed and suggested in a minimal, responsible way. During your session or at the store, we show you how to cleanse, energize and use them correctly.
How fast will I receive my order?
Typically:
- Bengaluru: 2–3 working days
- Rest of India: 3–6 working days after dispatch
You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your parcel is shipped.
Payments, returns & damages
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. If something arrives damaged, please keep the inner pack sealed and contact us immediately with photos. For full details, see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Can I change my order or address after placing it?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order, as we dispatch quickly. WhatsApp or call us with your order number and the updated details, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I just walk in to the store?
Yes. You’re welcome to walk in for on-the-spot guidance and product selection. Store location: Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru.
Hours: Mon–Sat: 9:00–13:00 & 16:00–20:30; Sun: 17:00–20:00. For detailed consultations, it helps to WhatsApp us first so we can block focused time for you.
