Our policy is valid for 2 calendar days from the date of the delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can ask for a refund. If the
period of 2 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer
you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Product must not be Used
Product packaging must not be opened and be in Original Packing
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to
issue a refund.
Courier charges of Rs. 200 will be deducted for all return orders.
Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full
(without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after
retaining the cost of a singular order.
Please ensure your address for Delivery is correct with proper Landmark,
in case of non–delivery due to the address not being found or any rejection by
the customer during delivery the shipping cost for 2 ways of Rs.200 will be
deducted from the refund amount.
