The
Shipping and Delivery Policy is a part of our Terms & Conditions and should
be therefore read alongside our main Terms & Conditions.

Shipping & Delivery Options.

We offer in-store pick-up for all purchases. Pick-ups are available from
Monday to Saturday between 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM

We deliver across India through our Delivery Courier Partners.
- We deliver between 5-7 working days across
India and between 2-3 working days in Bangalore depending upon the Address
Location.
- Overseas customers (other than India) are
requested to send us an email (hello(at)box2joy(dot)com) or WhatsApp
(+91-88806-66664) for their requirement with their address details
(including pin code). We will inform you of the exact amount payable
including actual shipping charges if paying by PayPal 5% Extra will be
charged.
- Orders received Before 11 AM (Monday to Saturday)
will be dispatched on the same Day.
- We use Reputed Couriers for delivery like
DTDC, Delhivery Courier, Shree Maruti Courier, Professional Courier, Ecom
Express, Xpressbees and Indian Speed Post (Remote Location).
- All Courier dispatches will be made from
Bangalore – 560076, India.
- If you face any problems with your order you
can call us at +91-88806-66664 or WhatsApp us (Monday to Saturday 10 am to
5.30 pm)
- We aim to keep stock of all products listed on
our website. In case you have made payment for a product that is
unavailable or would take longer to deliver then, we will make proactive
attempts to communicate with the User about the delay, within 2 working
days, on his/her registered mobile number or email address.
- In case you book multiple products and
services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products
together. However, this may not always be possible.
- We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es)
and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an
order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the customer.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be edited/
modified/ or changed. However, we accept such requests for an address
change, made within 2 hours of placing the order or from order
confirmation. For related concerns and queries, you may reach us at

- Keeping in view the ease of delivery, our
courier partners will make two (2) delivery attempts at the address
specified by the user or customer, and thereafter if the order/ package
remains undelivered, our courier partners will inform us regarding the
said non-delivery.
- Once Shipped from our Side, we provide
Customers with Tracking Details of the Order via Email/ SMS /WhatsApp
within 24 Hours of Dispatch.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
for International Consignments:
For International Shipments – You should expect to
pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This
includes, and is not limited to, Customs duties, taxes and any extra fees
charged by the courier company. We will not be responsible for any extra
charges charged once the original package has been shipped outside India. If
the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any
additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining
funds being refunded to the customer. Customs are quite different in each
country. Please comment while you are placing an order about any special
requirements required in your country, we will support as much as possible.
